A newly established company seeks an experienced versatile Assistant Accountant to help further develop the finance and administration function of this well established business, within the investment company. You will work as a vital member of the finance team.
Your duties include general Ledger, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Job Costing, other XL reports, Processing invoices for payment, Month end reconciliations, including inter company accounts, Cash management, special projects, filing and records management.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Proficient with computer
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Good learning skills
